Hi! Welcome!

I have been a flight attendant for 24 years, flying all sorts and destinations and often taking people on vacation. Now, I want to take you on a “veggication.” Together we will journey towards good health. We will do this by eating a whole foods plant based diet. (WFPBD)  I will share recipes, tips for shopping, food facts, and especially how you can do this even “on the fly!”
